You'll need to book your flights separately.

Peace of Mind

We understand life happens. Here's our cancellation policy:

• Full refund (minus $50 fee) on deposit and payments until March 20, 2026.

• Deposit is non-refundable starting March 21, 2026.

• 50% refund on total program cost (excluding deposit) between March 21, 2026 and April 20, 2026.

• No refunds after April 21, 2026.

If CVK cancels due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, less a 5% administrative deduction.
