Costs

The total cost of the program is $6,250.

* Early bird discount of $200 off until February 28, 2024!

* Deposit of $500 is required upon registration. 
* RootOne $3000 voucher available upon eligibility.

Flight Information

All participants must be in Ben Gurion airport on June 27th by 12:00 p.m.

Participants can purchase flights individually.

CVK offers group flights with an additional fee on a first come basis since flights are limited.

Cancellation Policy

 

Until April 1st, 2024-

• Deposit and payments will be refunded, with a $30 return fee charge.

Starting April 1st-

• Deposit (registration fee) nonrefundable

Between April 1st, 2024, to April 30th, 2024-

• 50% refund on of the total payment amount (not included deposit)

May 1st, 2024-

• No refunds

Payment Schedule

With Registration, you pay a deposit (registration fee) that is fully refundable by March 15th, with a $30 return fee charge.  

January, 2024 - Up to 5 payments

February, 2024 - Up to 4 payments

March, 2024 - Up to 3 payments

April, 2024 - Up to 2 payments  

May, 2024 - Total amount
